Gratitude to my Mentor Dr. Neslyn Watson-Druée (CBE)

 

A humble leader and a renowned coach, Dr. Neslyn Watson Druée – Founder of Beacon Leadership Development Ltd. I met her during my second visit to the United Kingdom on 15th February 2015. I truly believe meeting her was a blessing; the opportunity was provided by one of my mentors. The most amazing part, and something to be truly grateful for is the fact that I was privileged enough to spend a whole day with her. This is one of the most memorable days of my life!! And it was indeed transformational as it changed my perspective on my life. I started the day with a heavy heart and by the time we finished I was literally soaring high above, feeling as light as a feather or as fresh and light as a new born baby. Dr. Neslyn is just an amazing person and a thorough professional!

Dr. Neslyn (CBE) has a significant impact on me and has helped me find my own self by taking me thorough my experiences. One of them was an absolutely bitter one and had changed into a metaphorical clot in my heart. The experience was almost 5 years old and I had kept it to myself without realizing that it was weighing me down especially in my leadership position. It was a major decision taken a few years earlier but it was festering and tormenting me silently.

Dr. Druée (CBE) took me through a meditation process through which she helped me unfreeze my heart and melt away the ice that felt like a clot choking a blood vessel in my heart. At the end of the process with her, I was truly transformed; I was rejuvenated into a newly born infant with no negative vibes. In fact, my heart became full of light and positive energy.

Dr. Neslyn Watson-Druée (CBE) gifted me two of her books which I refer to for my own growth.  She wrote a personal message in one of them which I would like to quote:

To Minhas Tejani: You are the seed of Blessed acorns, walk in the light even more and leave the Divine legacy that you are here to leave.

A recent great gift from Dr. Druée (CBE) is writing the Foreword of my newly released book The Transcendent Educator. The golden words from the Foreword are:

“The book has well-honed Formulas and strategies to increase Innovation and action that truly create the space for transformation from the inside out.

I highly recommend the book to aspiring teachers and educators in all fields of life.”
